Master the art of sourdough bread making. Led by experienced Anna Glover of Sweet & Sourdough Bakery, you'll delve into the fascinating world of fermentation, dough manipulation, and the science behind creating the distinctive tangy flavor of sourdough.

What's Included:

Taste Testing & Dinner: Gain insights into how different factors, from hydration levels to fermentation times, influence the final product.

Feeding Your Starter: Discover the heart of sourdough baking – the starter culture. Learn how to feed, nurture, and maintain your starter, ensuring it's ready for your next baking adventure.

Make Your Own Bread Dough: Mix your own sandwich loaf dough to take home with you!  It will be ready for you to bake the next day in a bread loaf pan  *Must provide your own loaf pan.*

Q&A and Tips: Engage in discussions with our knowledgeable instructors, who will share practical tips, troubleshooting advice, and answers to your burning sourdough questions.

Large mixing bowl, apron & Make sure you have a 9x5 (or similar size) bread loaf pan at home.
